Not at all, Borderlink will give you the training and tools necessary.

Do I need experience ?
The minimum would be 6 months. Most contracts are for a year with options for renewal.

Borderlink will locate an apartment for you within reasonable distance from you work place.

Do I need experience ?
No level of proficiency is necessary. However, Japanese ability is preferred, so studying before arriving in Japan is highly recommended.
