BorderLink Corporate principles
At BorderLink we believe that English and foreign studies must be accomplished by an early age in order to understand internationalism. We would like to be the best option for children and ALTs.
We have a mission that we have named (No border, No problem). This is focused on helping Japan companies and government to work smoothly with foreign residents of Japan.
Because of the decline in the population of Japan it is unavoidable that the Japanese government will need to rely on foreign work forces. In preparation of this we would first need to properly educate the children of Japan so that there will be no borders and only bridges in the work place.
Giving special training and quality support
In Japan there are 7,500 ALTs. In this number 23~24% are hired by private companies. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology has announced that they would like to increase this number to 20,000 ALTs and half of this number to private companies.
To assist our ALTs better we provide not only basic training but information about the area they are in and provide them with a deep understanding of the Japanese education system.
Bridge making for the Japanese
An ALT should have a comfortable life and workplace. By providing frequent training and language support we try to better the ALTs future conditions as well so they do not miss the opportunity of growth while they stay in Japan. We think about the ALT before and after their ALT experience.
